Danni is a proud Sierra Leonian Krio-Australian whose love for music lead her to the music industry in the late 80s. Dipping in and out over a 30-year span, Danni worked for Warner Chappell Music Publishing, Warner Music and APRA AMCOS as Membership Project Administrator. Danni has contributed to industry cultural diversity groups and committees and in 2020, started her own music business OURS. the Creative Hub to elevate Afro-Australians in music. She is fiercely passionate about amplifying Black voices, sharing her industry knowledge and creating space for Afro-Australians to come through with their brilliance.

Aliga Gama, also known as Gamirez is a Ugandan born, Australian based South Sudanese Artist Manager, A&R and entrepreneur. With experience in managing artists across Australia, running PR and Marketing campaigns and facilitating a National Australian tour. Graduated from Curtin University (Bentley campus Perth) in a bachelors of Mass Communication in 2015, majoring in Marketing and Corporate Television Productions. With a passion for music spanning over the course of 10 In 2019 I started my own company called 1 Demerit. With the vision statement of changing the narrative around Hip Hop culture in Australia and bridging the gap between the Music Industry and Hip Hop (Urban) culture.

Gill Dunn has worked with one of the world’s leading music rights organisations APRA AMCOS, for almost 20 years, and after working closely with music publisher members for most of that time, has an in-depth knowledge of music copyright and royalties. Having recently stepped into the role of APRA AMCOS Senior Manager, Culture and Engagement, Gill will champion representation, safety and inclusion as key pillars of their organisational culture. She’s also a mum of two daughters, lover of music, nature and mountain biking.

Hailing from the US, growing up in Germany and now residing in Australia, Craig is a music producer, film composer and educator expressing himself as the lead vocal/bassist of Craig Calhoun & the Brothers of OZ. Slappin’ da bass in the face of audiences across the USA, Europe, Australia and Asia.

N’fa Forster-Jones (MM) is a Sierra-Leone/Australian music artist, rapper, songwriter,
producer, mentor and teacher credited for having cemented the early Australian Hip Hop
movement with his ARIA award winning band 1200 Techniques.
N'fa has released several acclaimed albums, collaborating, and performing around the world,
while continuously trying to push the artistic scope of independent music as is shown with his
most recent project - the Afro Beat & Hip Hop cultural infusion - Cool Out Sun.
N'fa is currently writing a new Cool Out Sun record with his collaborative partner Sensible J,
and continues to deliver a Diploma of music based on Hip Hop practices at Box Hill Institute
- a syllabus he co-wrote and established in 2018.
N’fa continues to celebrate his culture, his art form and his dynamic approach to music and
education through music, performance, and theater as he calmly pushes territories of creative
discipline, opportunity, and POC presence into new realms of multidisciplinary performance,
working to help foster the development of future creatives.

Vuli is a Zimbabwean Australian producer, saxophonist, Audio engineer and community worker with over a decade of experience in the music scene and community advocacy. A member of True Vibenation, Vuli has toured the world (Europe, Africa and Asia) multiple times and has always put Black music and culture front and centre in his art. In his work with BMAA Vuli’s aim is to open doors and break down barriers that he and many black musicians and peers have faced before him.
